Job Description:

As a Beautician at Lotus Salon Company, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the salon's standards of excellence. You will play a key role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of clients through professional treatments and personalized consultations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Services:

    • Provide beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, bleaching, manicures, pedicures, clean-ups, and basic hair care.

    • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or services.

    • Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness during and after each service.

  2. Skincare and Makeup:

    • Perform skincare treatments based on skin type and concerns.

    • Provide professional makeup application for various occasions.

    • Offer advice on skincare routines and product usage.

  3. Customer Experience:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

    • Manage client appointments and schedule services efficiently.

    • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

  4. Sales and Product Knowledge:

    • Promote and sell salon services and retail products.

    • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, tools, and techniques.

    • Educate clients on after-care and maintenance.

  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other team members including hairstylists, receptionists, and management.

    • Participate in regular training and skill development sessions.

  6. Hygiene and Safety:

    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon equipment.

    • Adhere to company policies and health regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a professional salon.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Pleasant personality with a passion for customer service.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
