Franchise Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the franchise network. Your sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking will contribute to attracting and securing qualified franchisees who will help grow the brand and drive business success.

Job Objective:
To drive the expansion of Lotus Salon by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchise partners, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values, growth targets, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential franchisees through various channels (online platforms, exhibitions, referrals, networking).

Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and potential investors.

Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.
🔹 Sales & Conversion
-
Pitch the Lotus Salon franchise model to interested candidates.
-
Provide detailed information about franchise investment, ROI, support systems, and brand positioning.

Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets.
🔹 Franchise Onboarding

Guide prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process, from inquiry to agreement signing.

Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure documentation and compliance.

Conduct discovery days, franchise presentations, and site visits as needed.
🔹 Relationship Management

Maintain professional and positive relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
-
Act as a point of contact for initial queries and ensure smooth handover to operations/support team after onboarding.
🔹 Reporting & Coordination

Maintain CRM/database with up-to-date lead status and follow-up notes.

Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Collaborate with marketing teams for franchise promotion campaigns.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Knowledge of the salon/spa/franchise industry is a plus

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

CRM and lead management experience

Basic understanding of business finance (ROI, investment models)
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2–5 years of experience in franchise or B2B sales preferred

Fluency in English and regional language
