Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator at Lotus Salon Company plays a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations of sales-related processes, managing client communication, and coordinating with internal departments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.

Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
-
Track and report on sales leads and inquiries.
-
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and the sales team.
Client Communication:
-
Respond to inquiries from franchise prospects and customers via phone, email, or in-person.
-
Share promotional materials, pricing details, and company offerings with potential clients.

Ensure timely responses and proper follow-up with leads.
Order & Documentation Management:

Process orders and sales agreements for new franchisees or salon clients.
-
Maintain records of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence.

Coordinate franchisee onboarding documentation and initial sales kit dispatch.
Reporting & Analysis:

Generate and maintain sales performance reports.

Track KPIs, lead conversion rates, and sales pipeline metrics.

Share weekly/monthly reports with the Sales Manager and upper management.
Coordination with Internal Departments:

Work with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and lead management.

Liaise with operations and HR teams for franchise setup or salon staffing needs.

Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator or support role (preferably in beauty/salon/franchise industry).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
