Job Summary:
The Salon Manager at Lotus Salon Company is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a high standard of customer service, staff performance, and overall business success. This role involves team leadership, client satisfaction, sales growth, and adherence to company policies and beauty standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:

Supervise, train, and motivate the salon team including stylists, beauticians, front desk staff, and housekeeping.

Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure proper staffing and manage shift schedules.
2. Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure all clients receive exceptional service and leave satisfied.

Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor service quality and client feedback regularly.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth:

Drive salon revenue through service promotions, product sales, and upselling.

Monitor daily sales, achieve monthly targets, and report KPIs to management.

Promote salon membership programs and customer loyalty initiatives.
4. Operations & Inventory:

Oversee daily operations including appointment scheduling, cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance.

Manage stock of beauty products, tools, and salon equipment.

Coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment of products.
5. Compliance & Standards:

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

Implement and monitor company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
6. Marketing & Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotions and seasonal offers.

Assist in planning and executing in-salon events and client engagement activities.

7. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate in-house or external training programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Beauty, Business Management, or Hospitality.

3–5 years of experience in salon or spa management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a passion for the beauty industry.

Proficient in salon software (CRM, billing, and inventory systems).
