As a Trainee in the Sales & Marketing department at Lotus Salon Company, you will undergo on-the-job training to understand the company’s sales strategies, marketing activities, and customer relationship processes. This role is designed to build your skills in client acquisition, branding, campaign execution, and market research while supporting the team in achieving growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Support:

Learn about the company's salon/franchise sales process and client offerings.

Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with prospects.

Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.

Observe and participate in client meetings and sales pitches.
Marketing Exposure & Assistance:

Help execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp).

Assist with local promotional events, salon openings, and brand activations.

Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials across franchise outlets.

Gather customer feedback and help analyze campaign effectiveness.
Market Research & Data Collection:

Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.

Help identify potential franchise opportunities or salon partnerships.

Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
Administrative Support:

Manage marketing and sales documentation.

Track and report daily activities, lead status, and campaign results.

Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and internal meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in franchise sales or business development, preferably in the beauty, salon, or retail sectors.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel as required for meetings and events.

Strong understanding of franchise models and regulatory requirements.
