Job Summary:
The HR Executive at Lotus Salon Company will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing salon staff and HR-related activities across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate with salon managers to identify staffing needs.

Post job openings on relevant platforms and shortlist candidates.

Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
-
Manage onboarding documentation and induction for new employees.
2. Employee Records & HR Administration
-
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leave, contracts, and ID proofs.

Update HRMS or manual systems regularly with employee data.
-
Handle staff transfers, promotions, and resignations.
3. Payroll & Attendance
-
Collect and verify attendance and leave data from all salon locations.
-
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Coordinate with the finance team for deductions, incentives, and compliance matters.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
-
Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement events.

Address employee concerns and escalate unresolved issues to HR Manager.

Promote a positive work culture and boost team morale.
5. Compliance & Policies

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.

Manage documentation for ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Assist in audits and labor inspections.
6. Performance & Feedback

Support performance appraisal process and feedback collection.

Track probation period completions and review follow-ups.
7. General HR Support

Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Assist with internal communication, HR reports, and policy rollouts.

Handle HR queries and provide administrative support where required.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or service industry.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of labor laws, payroll basics, and HR tools.
